HOP CAT is a 7-day intensive, catamaran-only, intensive 7-day programme designed for beginner and intermediate level students, offering a structured and practical approach to mastering the basics of catamaran sailing. The practice areas are tourist sailing destinations in Greece.

REFRESH is for you if:
- you haven't surfed for a while
- have completed at least one Capetan course and want to put what you have learnt into practice
- want to get a bit of practice in before the season starts
How it works:
- we help you choose and hire the right boat
- choose who you want on board
- choose one of the periods when a Capetan course is held
At REFRESH, the instructors are nearby - you practise safely, without pressure, but you can always ask for assistance.

We give you the opportunity to put your shoulder to the wheel and practice as many manoeuvres as you need to sail properly.

Hands On Practice Catamaran - HOP CAT is the course in which you will practice the basic manoeuvres, the necessary and often used on a catamaran.

Hands on practice catamaran
The HOP CAT will follow a curriculum with theoretical topics and practical exercises where we aim to give you the basic knowledge and practice to be able to charter and sail a catamaran in coastal waters.
The module comprises two stages:
- The first stage, before travelling to Greece, involves individual study of the theory, with access to workshops on different themes.
- The second leg takes place in Kavala, Greece and is intensive catamaran practice - 7 days, 8 hours a day.
