Si vous \u00eates pr\u00eats \u00e0 vous aventurer dans une semaine de pratique intensive de la voile avec le Club Capetan, alors vous avez pris une excellente d\u00e9cision pour d\u00e9velopper vos comp\u00e9tences de skipper. <a href=\"https:\/\/capetan.club\/fr\/about-us\/\">Club Team Capetan<\/a> est l\u00e0 pour vous faire vivre une exp\u00e9rience m\u00e9morable et vous apprendre \u00e0 naviguer en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur l'eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de partir pour cette aventure nautique, vous devez vous assurer que vos bagages sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 relever tous les d\u00e9fis que vous pourriez rencontrer en mer. Voici une liste des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de base que vous devez avoir dans vos bagages pour un voyage en mer. <a href=\"https:\/\/capetan.club\/fr\/practica-charter-skipper\/\">semaine d'entra\u00eenement<\/a> la voile avec le club Capetan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assurez-vous d'abord que les bagages que vous allez emporter sont souples et facilement compactables. Il est d\u00e9conseill\u00e9 d'emporter des chariots ou des valises rigides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre chose \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer : \u00e0 ce niveau, vous n'avez pas besoin d'investir dans un \u00e9quipement de haut niveau, vous avez toute une vie de skipper devant vous o\u00f9 vous pouvez acheter de l'\u00e9quipement au fur et \u00e0 mesure que vous en avez besoin. Tout \u00e9quipement de sport ou de montagne conviendra \u00e0 une semaine normale d'entra\u00eenement et si une semaine diff\u00e9rente est annonc\u00e9e, nous vous en informerons \u00e0 l'avance et nous nous adapterons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u00eatements l\u00e9gers et multicouches permettant d'ajuster les v\u00eatements en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Imperm\u00e9ables et vestes imperm\u00e9ables pour vous prot\u00e9ger des \u00e9claboussures et du vent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chaussures confortables avec semelles antid\u00e9rapantes et non marquantes pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le pont. Pr\u00e9voir de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence deux paires de chaussures : une pour la journ\u00e9e - qui peut \u00eatre mouill\u00e9e - et une pour les loisirs. L'id\u00e9al est d'\u00eatre sec et confortable \u00e0 tout moment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et oui, pas besoin de gants de voile dans la pratique !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si vous savez que vous \u00eates tr\u00e8s frileux, il n'est pas inutile d'avoir un sac de couchage d'\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un frontal - particuli\u00e8rement recommand\u00e9 pour <a href=\"https:\/\/capetan.club\/fr\/practica-charter-skipper\/\">HOPA<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/capetan.club\/fr\/mile-building\/\">MB<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9dicaments personnels habituels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un chapeau ou une casquette et n'oubliez pas la cr\u00e8me solaire SPF50 !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/capetan.club\/fr\/asigura-ti-saptamana-de-practica-si-invata-linistit\/\">Assurance<\/a> m\u00e9dical<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documents personnels (carte d'identit\u00e9, passeport, permis de conduire)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esp\u00e8ces et cartes de cr\u00e9dit pour les d\u00e9penses suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00eatements de rechange pour toute la semaine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produits d'hygi\u00e8ne personnelle (dentifrice, savon, shampoing, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La voile est un art, et votre semaine de pratique avec le club Capetan sera pleine d'aventures et de nouveaux d\u00e9fis.
