{"id":19352,"date":"2020-03-26T22:07:50","date_gmt":"2020-03-26T22:07:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/capetan.club\/?p=19352"},"modified":"2025-01-06T11:12:38","modified_gmt":"2025-01-06T09:12:38","slug":"ce-trebuie-sa-fac-ca-sa-am-permis-de-navigatie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/capetan.club\/en\/ce-trebuie-sa-fac-ca-sa-am-permis-de-navigatie\/","title":{"rendered":"What do I have to do to get a sailing licence?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p style=\"font-size:17px\">In all these years of organising and perfecting <a href=\"https:\/\/capetan.club\/en\/practica-charter-skipper\/\">Capetan Charter Skipper Practice<\/a>whether it was <a href=\"https:\/\/yachtexpert.ro\/charter-skipper-training-week-sau-hop\/\">HOP <\/a>or <a href=\"https:\/\/capetan.club\/en\/practica-charter-skipper\/\">HOPA<\/a>, those we had as students, and now have as friends, fell into two categories: either they were self-pollinated (passions related to boats and sailboats, spending leisure time sailing across seas and seascapes in search of ultimate freedom, a taste for adventure and the unknown), or they were community-pollinated (friends who drew them into weeks of sailing <a href=\"https:\/\/sailarmada.com\">SailArmada<\/a>, friends who had already done the sailing course with us and got their sailing license, participation in sailing events as crew).&nbsp;<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"font-size:17px\">Well, whether you belong to the first or the second group, one thing unites you: the desire to succeed in driving a yacht.&nbsp;<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"684\" src=\"https:\/\/capetan.club\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/DSC_6168-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19354\" srcset=\"https:\/\/capetan.club\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/DSC_6168-1024x684.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/capetan.club\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/DSC_6168-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/capetan.club\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/DSC_6168-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/capetan.club\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/DSC_6168.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"font-size:17px\">I have to admit that I, in turn, followed a similar path - it all started from a week spent at sea with some friends, during which I had a revelation or, better said, an \"epiphany\", in which, suddenly, a new horizon opened up to me, a new world that I was eager to discover and explore - to put it bluntly, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the way the boat was organised that week and I was firmly convinced that I could have done it differently, which I ended up doing.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"font-size:17px\">Back on topic, I keep saying that sailing is a powerful virus that catches you quickly, via either of the above two scenarios.
