The steps to participate in the annual Capetan meeting 24-26 November are as follows:
1. Put your name on one of the free seats depending on the room chosen. Read the details carefully
2. Choose below the type of room and pay the deposit. After payment of the deposit, you will receive an invoice by email as soon as possible. The rest of the payment is to be paid on the spot at the end of your stay (depending on the number of children). The total price shown includes accommodation and full meals.

Rates 24 - 26 November 2023 - prices include 2 nights accommodation and meals (breakfast x2 , lunch, dinner x 2, mutton at the protap)
- Place in standard double room - single mix - 755 lei (for 1 adult) // Advance 345 lei
- Standard double room - from 1510 lei (for 2 adults) // Advance 680 lei
- Superior double room (with sofa bed, suitable for families with children) - from 1820 lei (for 2 adults + 1 child) // Advance 780 lei
- Apartment (2 rooms, one double bed and one sofa bed) - from 2040 lei (for 2 adults 2 children)// Advance payment 880 lei
Extra bed for child 60 lei.
To confirm the place, the accommodation fee must be paid in advance.
The meal rate is to be paid at the reception at the time of check-in. 410 lei/adult and 220 lei/child.
