Wenn ein Schaden auftritt, k\u00f6nnen Sie einen Teil oder die gesamte Kaution verlieren. Die meisten Charterunternehmen bieten einen Damage Waiver (einen Verzicht oder eine Reduzierung der Kaution) an. Klingt gut, aber Vorsicht: Nicht alle Verzichtserkl\u00e4rungen sind gleich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hauptunterschied: Schadensersatzverzicht <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">keine<\/span> bedeutet automatisch eine Versicherung.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modell 1: <a href=\"https:\/\/capetan.club\/de\/ce-inseamna-asigurarea-pentru-un-skipper-de-charter\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"30089\">YACHT-POOL Charter Kautionsversicherung<\/a> - Reale Versicherung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das ist es, was wir meinen, wenn wir von einer echten Versicherung sprechen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keine versteckten Klauseln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deckung f\u00fcr Skipper und Crew<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weltweit g\u00fcltig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Einmalige Pr\u00e4mie, 12-monatiger Schutz (wenn Sie im Mai einen Vertrag abschlie\u00dfen, sind Sie bis Mai n\u00e4chsten Jahres versichert)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jeder Garantiebetrag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geringe Selbstbeteiligung: 5% der Garantie (oder der Wert des Schadens, wenn dieser geringer ist), mindestens 50 \u20ac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yacht und gesamte Ausr\u00fcstung sind versichert - Ausnahmen sind klar definiert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie k\u00f6nnen die Versicherungssumme jederzeit erh\u00f6hen, wenn Sie eine h\u00f6here Garantie f\u00fcr eine bestimmte Charter ben\u00f6tigen. Die Pr\u00e4mie wird anteilig neu berechnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modell 2: Schadensersatzverzicht von Charterunternehmen - meist eine \u201eteure interne L\u00f6sung\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viele Charterunternehmen haben ihre eigene \u201eSchadensverzichtserkl\u00e4rung\u201d, aber Vorsicht - es handelt sich oft nicht um eine eigenst\u00e4ndige Versicherung, sondern um eine Klausel, die in den Vertrag aufgenommen wird. Nicht immer kundenfreundlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Typische Unterschiede und Risiken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es handelt sich nicht um eine separate Police, sondern um eine Klausel im Chartervertrag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begriffe oft unklar definiert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ausnahmen auf einem F\u00f6rderband:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Erdung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sch\u00e4den am Ruder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sch\u00e4den am Beiboot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kratzer und St\u00f6\u00dfe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schaden am Hilfsmotor (Beiboot)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verlust von Ausr\u00fcstung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sch\u00e4den an Segeln usw.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Praktische Realit\u00e4t<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch bei der Schadenfreiheitsklasse gibt es immer wieder \u00dcberraschungen bei der R\u00fcckgabe. Es kann sein, dass Sie am Ende eine erhebliche Selbstbeteiligung oder einen Restbetrag unter den vereinbarten Bedingungen zahlen m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Skipper oder Charterkunde zahlt allein oder zusammen mit der Crew.
