After falling in love with the feeling of being at the sea on different boats in the Caribbean, the place that I have practically lived for a couple of years. I have discovered my passion and I went deeper. I believe I have been trained by some of the best in the area and this brought me a lot of confidence. Some of the knowledge and experience i have gained came from taking the responsibility, creating and putting my self in new situations. I can manage all processes from analyzing a specific area, route planning, on the spot evaluation criteria’s, as well as keeping the eye on wheater predictions and forecasts for fine tuning or adjustments of the initial plan to mold on each group. I can make from any crew member a competent crew as well as I can sail single handed. Good at social engineering processes and management. I can adapt to family groups or party monsters aswell. I don’t know jokes but I believe I am a pleasant person because the majority of the guests have remained my friends. I am active/ sports person, I do a lot of sports and anything related with a board ( wakeboarding, longboarding, snowboarding). Sometimes I like to cook, I am thinking seriously of participating to Mastercheff.
